Jordan XI ‘Space Jam’ (UK Release Info)

It’s official, the ‘Space Jam’ Jordan‘s will be landing in the UK tomorrow! A select number of UK retailers are lucky to have one of the most anticipated sneaker releases of the year tucked away in their stockrooms awaiting release, and you wont have to wait much longer!

Being one of the most hyped sneakers of  2009, I doubt I have to explain the kick too much. However, here’s a brief summary:

This is the re-release of the Nike Air Jordan XI kicks first sported by Michael Jordan himself in the 1996 movie ‘Space Jam’. Featuring a jet black upper with a shining patent leather, and one very icy sole, the Space Jam colourway sent collectors running wild when they first released back in 2000. This Christmas, with a slight revamp in the detail, the Jordan XI Space Jam is seeing a second release.

The Space Jam will go on sale after midnight, making tomorrow your first chance to get your hands on these infamous kicks. Although they’re not something I could rock myself, I can appreciate the value that these would hold to any Jordan fan or sneaker collector. The packaging is also something to be seen – they come in a slide out box with branded show inserts – and it all goes together to make this a really special release.

Order yours tomorrow from Crooked Tongues and get a free ‘Future Sole’ T-shirt. The guys at Urban Industry are also allowing you to give your email address now to be notified as soon as they go online so you wont miss out! Good luck collectors, get your clicking fingers at the ready.
