King Apparel: Monarchs to Society (Preview)

A few weeks ago we took a trip to visit King Apparel, at their offices in Stratford, East London, with the intention of learning a little more about one of the UK’s biggest street wear brands and finding out just what is involved in designing a collection at King.

We sat down with founder Tim Hoad and discussed the history of King over a cup of tea and got a little advance preview of their upcoming spring/summer collection for 2010. During the trip we also got to chat to most of the 7 person team and get a real insight into each of their individual roles.

The video above is a preview of our next feature. Check back Monday to see our full article on King and find out just why they truly are one of the most innovative brands, not just in UK street wear, but the world over. You never know, it might just change your perceptions of the brand altogether.

King Apparel SS10 drops online and at stockists across the UK this week.
