Slam x Altamont / Emerica Store Launch

Today (Saturday 20th) see’s the launch and grand opening of the brand new basement space in Slam City Skates dedicated entirely to Altamont and Emerica, boasting Europe’s largest collection of both brands under one roof.

We where lucky enough to get a sneak peek earlier this week and i must say the store installations have been done to a very, very high standard. The space had previously been used by Nike SB who had kept it simple with an almost industrial feel to the space, Altamont and Emerica on the other hand have gone all out. The purple carpet is the first thing that grabs your attention, then the amount of product that is down there is next to impress, all perfectly shelved and hung to maximise the space to great effect.

In terms of product both brands do not disappoint, a mix of soft goods and hardware grace the walls. Snapback’s, socks, wallets, decks, shoes, clothing and more are all present so leaving empty handed will be a hard thing to do i am sure. As usual the TV is still in its usual spot so if not in the shopping mood, or a rest from shopping or skating is needed the Victorian chaise lounger is on hand to take full advantage of.

Today (Saturday 20th) is the official opening of the Altamont / Emerica basement space at Slam City so be sure to go check it out if you can, promo’s and give aways will be on going throughout the day to.
