A few weeks back I made a trip to Bristol to check out the brand new installation at one of the UK’s finest skate stores, Fifty Fifty. Skateboard brand Fourstar have taken over the basement as the spot for their new pop-up store, and in it, you’ll find a huge selection of Fourstar apparel and skate hardware from it’s impressive roster of riders.
I’ve been aware of Fourstar since my days of playing Eric Koston on Tony Hawks Pro Skater, but I’d never cast them much attention from an apparel point of view, until now. The range and quality of the garments available is huge, from tech-backpacks, to flannel shirting, shorts, headwear, belts and other accessories and of course, a huge selection of tees. I picked out some real nice pieces on my visit, the highlight of which had to be the Nike SB x Fourstar capsule collection. The Ahoy polo shirt and accompanying shorts are too sick, featuring golden ships wheel embroidery on a navy blue/while colour palette – nautical steez at it’s finest.
Check the video below for a brief recap of the opening night shot by the guys at Fifty Fifty, some more photo’s below and make your way to the basement next time you’re in Bristol to check out the space. Fifty Fifty currently have the biggest online selection of Fourstar apparel in Europe, so stop by the site to see it for yourself.
