adidas Originals Top Ten NBA Pack

It’s pretty obvious adidas basketball shoes aren’t as sought after as it’s nemesis brand Nike. adidas basketball retro’s don’t seem to get as much hype à la Space Jam, but the subtle back catalogue of adidas basketball shoes still appeals. Don’t get it twisted, adidas has a big presence on the modern court today with the likes of Dwight Howard, Kevin Garnett and Bulls point guard Derrick Rose all rocking tech’d out creations from the adidas labs.

Modern day stars aside, this pack pays tribute to the old school ballers who tried and tested the adidas Top Ten, originally hitting the courts in 1979. Coming in simple colourways that look to be influenced by teams such as the Boston, Philly and Washington, this pack has the subtleness that adidas pull off so well. NBA branding can be found on the tongue with a variety of materials such as premium suede, smooth leather and pebbled leather combining on the upper. The execution is amazing on this release and has a certain flavour that no other brand can do like adidas.

These are available to pre-order from Crooked Tongues now.
