Reebok Insta Pump Fury Flight Pack

Most of you will look at the Reebok Insta Pump Fury and either love or hate it. It’s a peculiar looking shoe and it naturally has that classic ‘you just don’t get it’ kind of vibe. I personally ‘don’t get it’ outside of it’s purpose functionality, maybe it was something you had to grow up seeing in the 90’s to appreciate it on a street level. But, street style aside this shoe has to be appreciated on it’s design, it’s definitely in a league of it’s own.

These make-ups have been given the same treatment as the Pump Omni Lite Flight pack from last month. This pack utilizes the same MA-1 jacket materials and colours to create an interesting contrast of new and old (I say new, I guess that’s how ahead of it’s time the Fury is). The shoe looks simple at first glance, but the detail goes pretty deep. A Stitched quilted toe box resembles the inside of the MA-1 jacket, splashes of emergency orange on the sock liner also resembles the same orange that was used for finding the location of soldiers. Hopefully you won’t be putting that aspect of the design into action…
