Adidas x Lionel Messi in London (Video)

Last week, global football megastar Lionel Messi touched down in London for a short visit, as part of Adidas ‘Catch Him If You Can’ campaign. During the day Messi made various stops thoughout the city, one of which being the massive football boot exchange just off Brick Lane.

Fans were invited to bring their old football boots and exchange them for a brand new pair of Adidas F50 adiZeros, as well as getting a chance to shake hands with one of their football heroes. In support of the exchange, London artist Mister Batlow created a huge mural on the outer wall of the Truman Brewery building, which you can check out in the video above. The video takes a look at some of the day’s antics. It’s all a bit nonsense to me… everyone seems a bit ‘too’ hyped up on one man coming to London for a few hours, but, the art’s good, so its certainly worthy of a view. Also please ignore the idiot in the closing seconds, who was clearly a little over excited about Messi’s presence. Enjoy.
