Next Monday, Dickies launch an exciting new print project, bringing together figureheads of street fashion, photography, music and sport. Together with Maverik Showroom, Dickies present the Love Your Work project, in conjunction with the launch of the brand’s 2010 Autumn/Winter collection.

Love Your Work is a book, accompanied by the 5 day installation, and is, as the title suggests, centered around the ability to love one’s work, featuring contributions from a number of huge names. Following Dickies’ recent collaborations, Love Your Work will feature interviews with UK street fashion legends Michael Kopelman and Andrew Bunney (Dickies x The Hideout) and the two man team of Mike Giant and Joshy D behind San Francisco’s Rebel 8 (Dickies x Rebel 8). Love Your Work will also feature photo essays by photographers Yamandu Roos, Ben Stockley and Nina Manandhar, Jonathan Winstone and Andy Ellis of Fixed Gear London, photographers / videographers Tim & Barry, and a load more.

If that wasn’t enough, Love Your Work also includes landscapes, pictorials, vintage ads and illustrations. The book and accompanying installation look to be overflowing with exciting content, and I cannot wait to get me hands on it. Love Your Work launches this Monday 20th September at the Maverik Showroom. For more information see the event page or contact Maverik Agency.
