Goodhood x R. Newbold AW10

Goodhood and R. Newbold return with another fantastic collection that sits just a little bit outside of normal, like they are known to do so well.

I guess you could call the Goodhood x R. Newbold collections “eccentric street fashion”. I wouldn’t want to label it streetwear, but it’s roots are clearly street inspired, whilst also very fashion orientated. Either way, it’s a formula that works and I’m glad to be talking about yet another season where the duo are working together.

Autumn/Winter 2010 sees the duo once again play with polkadots and patchwork check, sat on very understated base layers as a development from last season. Although it is a Winter collection and the overall colours are much deeper, the colour of the detailing is a lot brighter this season, especially on the patchwork check. It’s a rather more smart collection this season with the introduction of a p-coat and denim jacket, although it does still retain the playful vibe that previous collections have had.

Luggage and accessories are also included in this collection like before and don’t disappoint in any way. Somehow they manage to get stronger and stronger!

Each item is available now from Goodhood and ranges in price from £49 to £383.
