D.S.Dundee AW10 Shirting

Last week we posted about this seasons outerwear coming from the London based brand D.S.Dundee, and now we take a look at the brands shirting. Their AW10 collection of shirts really do have something for everyone and if you’re as much of a fan of button downs as me, then they have an absolute gem for you.

With all of the shirts having chest pockets, none of it seems too formal, which opens up a spectrum of possibilities, however slapping on a tie and donning a blazer they couldn’t look more at home. Personally, if I’m wearing a shirt (which as of late has become my preferred method of covering the hairy chest within), I like them to be fitted and well constructed rather than hanging lose with no real shape defined in the sides and these seem to fit the bill perfectly.

My highlight is definitely the military influenced Bower shirt with its medal detailing on the pocket and button down collar. The use of indigo twill cotton cloth is something I haven’t really seen much of, but i’m left wondering why? It brings a real edge to an otherwise “dressy” product.

Last but by no means least, these shirts come with a reasonable price tag. With each shirt ranging between £75 and £95, a tailor influenced shirt with contemporary twists is on the shopping list.

Available in-store and online from D.S Dundee.
