Last night was the official launch party for the greatly anticipated size? x Nike Air Stab Neon with Dave White creating a great piece of art in the Air Gallery, London, that was displayed in a rather peculiar way …
Most art exhibitions you attend you’re told to look but not touch, Nike and size? decided to do something a little different to celebrate the launch of the Air Stab Neon and had the artist himself, Dave White, cut the piece into over 100 pieces and auction them off (for free) to the privileged attendees! Sounds like madness, but it’s a pretty rad idea. Dave went round signing the pieces as they were given out and a select few were lucky enough to walk away with a one-off piece of Nike, size? and Dave White history.
On display in the gallery were all 10 of the Nike x size? anniversary shoes along side the OG’s that inspired them. Something any self respecting sneaker head would pay good money to see, or at least just be in the same room as!
Check out the time lapse video that shows Dave in action over the 3 days prior to the exhibition, make sure you check our interview with Dave White and have a ganders at the pics of the party down below.
