The Libery Spring/Summer collection is now available, with a selection of the brand new collection already online and further lines being added in due course. The collection draws upon their extensive and infamous print archive that’s been built up over the many years and includes four new prints; Animal Brush, Feather, Coloured Paisley and Graphic Dot.
It’s apparent that this is a very British affair, with a huge influence coming from classic English tailoring whilst still upholding the feel good vibes we get from S/S collections, whether it be from the colour selection or fabrics used. As you can see, ‘Feather’ is a beautiful example of why Liberty is on top of their game when it comes to creating graphic fabrics, it’s a rework of a 1930’s scarf design and has been redrawn to reflect the delicate beauty of the falling feathers.
I know for a fact that this is something that not all of our readers are going to be feeling, however, personally I think that this is a collection that has something for almost everyone, whether it be a shirt, some trousers, a jacket or even a tie. I defy you to not like at least one piece.
As I’ve said, the collection is now available from the Liberty website and in store with more pieces being made available as time goes on.
