This is something I’ve been waiting to get a look at ever since the teaser trailer dropped a week or so back. Mishka have launched their Spring season stateside, and with it, their new lookbook shot by photographer Marley Kate. The lookbook features a bunch of the brand’s musician friends, sort of a photo album of the musical masterminds behind the likes of Neon Indian, Das Racist, The Death Set and Trouble & Bass.
As for the clothing, it’s stronger than ever, with plenty of the brand’s graphic T-shirts, flannel shirts and branded snapbacks which do big numbers every season. There are a few pieces that really caught my attention though. The D.A.R.T. Swarm Windbreaker and Throwback Death Adders Coaches Jacket sported by AraabMuzik and Stalley respectively definitely represent some great, lightweight, spring outerwear, and the DAMC crewneck that Aarab also rocks in his look, will almost certainly be making it’s way into my wardrobe this season. The camo M65 jacket, part of the brand’s Psychic TV capsule collection also gets a lot of love, and although when previewing the line I wasn’t the biggest fan, I’ve really come round to it.
The line won’t be out in the UK for a few couple of weeks yet, but when it does you can expect to find it at your local Mishka stockist, including the likes of Wood, Wellgosh and 5 Pointz. View the rest of the lookbook here.
