Bored ‘Creatures of the Solent’ T-Shirts

Southsea’s finest skate store Bored have enlisted the help of UK illustrator French to craft for them a new line of tees titled ‘Creatures of the Solent’. The design, featured on white, grey and black/white raglan tees is made up of illustrations of a few of the species you’re likely to come across should you go for a swim in the river Solent.

I’m a big fan of French’s illustrative style – heavily detailed and a bit grim, he managed to make every sea creature look fairly evil. In the design you’ll find Sea Bass, Cod, Haddock, Plaice, Crab and Squid, printed in burgunday (on grey) and black (on white). Take a look at some more images of the tees below, modeled by the lovely Maret Loopalu, and pick one up now from Bored Southsea. Look out for an exclusive interview with French coming this week on The Daily Street.
