Mark McNairy New Amsterdam Gibson Shoe

Introducing the Mark McNairy New Amsterdam Gibson Shoe. Handmade in Northampton, you know the quality is going to be up to scratch so I’m not even going to touch on that, but it’s little tweaks that the New Amsterdam label brings to dress clothing that makes it what it is and these are no exception.

Both have a 100% suede leather upper with Navy and ‘Dirty Buck’ being the colours available (Dirty Buck most certainly being my favourite). What sets these apart as I’m sure you have noticed is the white eyelets and laces which demand your attention without being too overpowering on the shoe – it’s a balancing act well executed. With the past few weeks being almost impossibly hot for this time of year, I’m pretty sure buying a pair of suede shoes is the last thing on your mind, but with the Goodyear welting system being used you’ll find a nice enough amount of circulation around your feet.

All I can say is that these are effortlessly classy whilst still being able to fit nicely in the wardrobe of any lover of streetwear.

You can pick up both pairs now from Goodhood with the navy pair being £176 and the dirty Buck pair going for £197.
