Patta Spring/Summer 2011

Every now and again, a little treat comes along and gives us something to get excited about. This weekend, the Spring/Summer 2011 collection from Amsterdam’s finest export Patta launched in the UK, something which doesn’t happen all too often.

Patta’s ‘Script Logo’ tees have become synonymous with premium streetwear, so, although it removed a little of the magic, it’s great to be able to get a hold of it without traveling to The Netherlands. The script logo appears in it’s recurring ‘chunky’ style on three pastel T-shirts (turquoise, orange and lilac), and although the colours aren’t something I’d choose to rep normally, the green offering definitely has me tempted. You’ll also find it on the black snapback cap above, and on a white T-shirt below, in it’s thinner incarnation. Two other snapbacks and a crazy allover pring tee, featuring various Patta logos, complete the drop.

This is a real nice addition to the shelves, and I hope we see more of it in the future. All of the pieces shown here are available now at Hanon.

*EDIT: It appears most of the collection has already sold out at Hanon, but if you’re a small or a medium, you might just get lucky. If they don’t have what you’re after, you can now find the full collection (including the Nena Cory Sweater and the navy Burjack Jacket, complete with animal alphabet lining), online and in-store at The Hideout.
