adidas Rod Laver Super (White/Green)

This second model in the Rod Laver line is favoured by many footwear fanatics who were around to witness some seriously golden days in the sneaker world.

The minimal branding and mixture of mesh, leather and suede materials makes for the kind of shoe that is the pinnacle of subtly and elegance. Hits of green, no doubt taking inspiration from tennis the courts these were designed for, can be found in all the right spots on the shoe and help balance this clean design out perfectly. ‘Fresh’ seems to be a word thrown around every time someone mentions a sneaker in the blog sphere. There has to be a good reason to use it to describe a shoe and the adidas Rod Laver definitely provides a valid reason.

Available from Crooked Tongues now.
