G-Shock x In4mation DW-6900

After the success of their previous collaboration (a salmon coloured GLX-5600 back in June ’09), In4mation and G-Shock team up once again, this time putting their hands to the infamous DW-6900.

Sticking to the theme running through their collections this year, Hawaiian street brand In4mation have injected the DW-6900 with a heavy reggae influence … in case you hadn’t guessed already. The classic reggae colour scheme of red/yellow/green is applied to the three different sections of the watch, while the box sees a customised In4mation logo featuring the Lion of Judah and the text “Positive vibrations. Roots & culture. One love. In4mation”. The final touch in this collaboration has to be the backlight to the watch, something that In4mation have played with in the past, but this time when you hit that giant “G” button you are greeted with the text “ONE LOVE” in bright lights on the screen. Pretty dope, I think you’ll agree.

This watch is available now exclusively from the G-Shock East and G-Shock West stores in London, with only 30 pieces available in the UK, each priced at £120.
