Hanon x asics Gel Lyte III ‘Wildcats’

Hanon presents their next collaboration with asics, which sees the classic runner the Gel Lyte III get a vibrant reworking.

It’s another refreshing and interesting collaboration between these two, and keeps the standard high. Taking inspiration from Hanon’s local Aberdeen based running club, ‘The Wildcats’, this take on the Gel Lyte III has a healthy dose of old school colours which makes interesting use of the design’s panelling. The colour placement creates a blocked out feel which in turn gives this usually tech looking runner a lifestyle twist. The switch to a perforated and straight lux suede on the upper looks pretty amazing and crisp white accents on the outsole give this already vibrant makeover some extra pop. Final touches such as the 3M tiger stripes, dual branded tongue and insole, three sets of laces and cotton dust-bag complete this collaboration perfectly.

Releasing Friday 28th October 2011 over at Hanon, with a special in-store event being held on the Thursday evening before where a short run of the shoes will be available.

    These are fire.
Any ideas on numbers and RRP?
Hopefully easier/cheaper to get hold of than the Ronnie Fieg bum rush.
