Produced by Uno One Print, this collaborative tee from Bristol’s own Dutty Girl, DJ Diss Miss, and artist Daddison, is an ode to some of the biggest tunes from modern RnB history. Consisting of red illustrative typography on a white T-shirt, featuring Daddison’s signature illustrative style and references to tunes regularly found in Diss Miss’ tune selection, the shirt oozes what both individuals are about.
Daddison is an artist I have been a fan of for a while now, working on an international scale with brands like Eastpak & Ralph Lauren, as well closer to home, with local stores and other staples of the Bristol community, including Donuts, Seven and Shop Dutty – coincidentally, a place we can often find Daddison’s collaborator Diss Miss, running things in the vibrant Stokes Croft area of town. Her weekly night, ‘RnB Sunday’ was one of the main inspirations behind the design.
The RnB tee is available at Shop Dutty, Idle Hands and also online at Donuts. For more of Daddison’s work, head over to Daddisonish and to listen to the sounds of DJ Diss Miss head to the Dutty Girl on Soundcloud.
