Fred Perry x 6876 Blank Canvas

Continuing their very successful Blank Canvas series into AW11, Fred Perry have teamed up with British brand 6876 to add some modernist touches to some classic Fred Perry silhouettes.

For those that might not know, Blank Canvas is the name of Fred Perry’s collaboration series that has been going for a long while, and each time gets better and better. Recent stand out Blank Canvas’ have come from brands such a Stüssy and British artist Peter Blake. This time, Fred Perry keep things British and bring the highly regarded brand 6876 in to create a collection that is truly worthy of the more premium Laurel Wreath side of the Fred Perry brand.

6876 have been around from the mid 90’s and have constantly brought us high quality british made clothing that embraces modernist twists to ensure they stay current, and at the same time doing something a little different from the norm. This Blank Canvas collection is a shining example of this; ten pieces all reflecting iconic Fred Perry styles, with added material advancements and subtle technical details, giving each item longevity, details such as darting on the elbows and hidden plackets and breast pocketing.
