Milkcrate x X-Large T-shirts

I’ve developed a bit of a love affair with X-Large of late, partly because it’s not very easy to come across on our side of the globe, but also because their legendary logo is one which has stood, and continues to stand the test of time.

The Winter collection from Aaron LaCrate’s Milkcrate Athletics includes a three T-shirt collaboration with the brand, fusing both brand’s logos, each iconic in their own right. The brands work well together for a number of reasons, be it the longevity of their careers, their musical roots, or merely the simplicity of their logos, which leaves us with a finished product that seems to work effortlessly.

The Milkcrate logo is transformed, with X-Large’s Ape logo replacing the record sleeve in the crate, and the text placed on top. The design comes in in red on white, purple on heather grey, and yellow on black, and all three are available from Wood now.
