Percival Donkey Jacket

Percival present their take on the classic Donkey style jacket; an undeniable outerwear classic, reborn for this Autumn and Winter.

The Donkey jacket truly does define workwear. Since its early days back in the beginning of the 19th century, where the jacket was made and worn by the manual labour work force, the Donkey jacket has been reworked and loved through the many years of its existence. This time around, it is British brand Percival’s turn at having a go at the classic workwear style, and in my opinion they have done a mighty fine job of it.

This jacket is made from the finest British materials; something that Percival pride themselves on throughout all of their products. The most striking feature of the jacket has to be the beeswaxed cotton panelling, adding a focal point to the overall silhouette. The Donkey jacket also features a concealed hood and breast pocket, which is always an added bonus to a piece of outerwear. The classic shape to this jacket makes it a must have for those that like to keep their outfits simple yet functional, satisfied with knowing that what they wear is British made and the best quality you can get.

You can pick this jacket up now from The Great Divide for £260.
