Quoddy Maliseet Oxford (Peanut Leather / Red Sole)

Quoddy, for me, make some of the best rugged footwear money can buy. Their classic styles often amaze me and stay completely original in a very over crowded footwear market.

The Maliseet style shown here is one of their more laid back, casual shoes, perfect for weekend relaxing. The shoe also features some superb materials and finishes, which is one of the reasons I am such a big fan of Quoddy footwear. The grizzly peanut finish on the upper just screams quality, and be sure it is, the red sole under this sets off the shoe in a subtle way that fellow style guru’s will appreciate.

Other features of this shoe are the nickel made eyelets for the brown leather laces to easily slide through. The shoe also features a glove lining, so please excuse the pun, but I am sure that these shoes will ‘fit like a glove’. Finally, I want to mention the cross stitched tips, hand swen in Maine, USA with contrasting coloured baseball stitch thread. So fresh.

Available now from Oi Polloi for £210.
