Silas x G-Shock DW-5600

Casio G-Shock have collaborated with ‘Brit turned Japanese’ brand Silas, to create an interesting and on-trend take on the less popular DW-5600 model.

Having chosen the DW-5600 silhouette, famous for donning the BAPE camouflage, Silas opt for a US woodland camo design – tying in with the recent fad of both army inspired and print inspired designs. The Silas logo can be found on both the front and the back of the face, as well as being embedded on the backlight of the watch. The logo features once again on the ridges of the strap along with a witty ‘Waste Of Time’ strapline.

The watch is available as of now from both Silas and The Chimp Store, with the simple design fetching a rather hefty £200 pricetag. A more detailed look follows below.
