The Green Soccer Journal issue 3

The magazine for the mature, discerning football fan, The Green Soccer Journal release their third issue.

With a focus on goal keepers, this issue discusses what it’s like to protect such a precious part of the pitch and the stresses involved in the job. Talking to a list of iconic keepers including Bob Wilson, Tim Howard and Gianluigi Buffon (the most expensive goal keeper of all time), the magazine provides an informative insight into a less talked about career in the footballing world.

As per usual with The Green Soccer Journal, the articles and interviews are accompanied by breathtakingly good photography and editorial design. Something that draws in even non-football-fans such as myself. Issue three also launches the magazines new ‘shorts’ section, bringing a brief highlight to historical moments in football history as well as historical games.

You can pick up a copy direct from The Green Soccer Journal’s website, or from stockists such as End Clothing. Check out a few of the pages from the issue below.
