The Rig Out team up with London creative agency Mother to create PASZPORT!, a one-off football fanzine for the European Championship.
Aptly named PASZPORT! (the Polish for passport), this one time only publication is a celebration of football. An expression of the sport and the culture that surrounds it. In their own words – “even the shit bits”. From the sounds of that, it’s going to retain that tongue-in-cheek honesty that the editorial team at The Rig Out have become known for.
Dreamt up from a single moment of reminiscing to the good old days of football fanzines, this publication has been put together in a very impressive four weeks. Don’t by any means assume that this short timeline has reduced the quality of content however, that would be a vast underestimation of the teams involved. With features including the likes of ‘Why I Hate Flags’ by Phil Thornton, a note from @EnglandFCKrakow to the England squad and a football fan themed fashion shoot by renowned photographer Neil Bedford, this is set to be a great read for any fan.
Launching this Monday alongside the England v. France match, you will be able to grab a copy of this unique publication for £10 from Oi Polloi and Present. In the mean time, check out some examples from the shoot by Neil Bedford below.
