Today Converse launched a new pan-European campaign to find talented people in some of the most culturally diverse cities in the world, including London. Looking to different London boroughs and celebrating the release of the brand’s new Pro Leather Vulc, Converse invite you to show off your area’s own original creativity.
Converse have set up special cameras in Brixton, Camden, Finsbury Park, Ladbroke Grove and Mile End, and it’s your job to hunt your local spot down and show your skills. The campaign video above gives some inspiration – ball skills, skate and BMX tricks, dance routines, MC battles, art and graffiti are all options, each an individual expression of who you are. You and your friends will be able to support and promote videos online, with promises of celebrations to come for the city’s with the most incredible talents.
Films will be viewable on the Pro Streets website, where you can find info on your nearest camera and view a few video examples. As part of the campaign, Converse also had unique illustrations of their Star Chevron logo designed, some of which you can check out below.
Pro Streets supports the new Converse Pro Leather Vulc – a re-mastered version of the classic with a new lightweight construction and streamlined feel, but still with all the support you need. It’s available in two colourways for Fall – blue/white/red and black/yellow/white, both of which you can check out below and are available from JD Sports now.
