Paul Smith Shark Tooth Necklaces

The Paul Smith house get a bit bling before Christmas with the arrival of these gold and silver shark tooth necklaces.

A nice thin chain with something a little different hanging from it is always a good look. It’s rare to see Paul Smith entering this market, but they’ve done it really well with these two pieces. Made as part of his AW12 collection that celebrates all things found under the sea, these shark tooth necklaces are a nice take on what is a very traditional piece of jewellery, the shark tooth.

Made in the UK from a mix of zinc and gold / silver, it’s a shame that these aren’t 100% precious metal if we’re being purists, but they still look good and they will last longer for it.

At £120 each, they aren’t cheap as chips, but they aren’t unreasonable for the jewellery market either. Head over to oki-ni to pick one up.
