Saucony have had a good year and they are closing it well with a couple of collaborative works with lifestyle boutique Bait, starting with this “Blue Apple” rendition of the Shadow 6000.
The Shadow series is one of Saucony’s great strengths, so to see the 6000 take on such luxurious materials as this is a nice sight. Covered in bold red perforated suede and complimented with a toothpaste style blue suede in the right places, this shoe is striking and stinks of high quality. A gum coloured sole unit was a wise choice from the triple threat behind this design, stopping it from being too loud. Made in collaboration with PYS (Pick Your Shoes), this is a partnership that have worked together in the past, namely on their “Blue Ring” Asics Gel Lyte III.
It’s nice to see Saucony getting some solid collaborative attention like this, and thankfully there’s more to come before the year is out. These will be landing at End Clothing on 24th November.
