Big Daddy Kane at Beat Bar (Leeds)

Leeds’ Beat Bar announce that Hip-Hop legend Big Daddy Kane will be gracing their stage with a performance next month.

After just a year in the game, Leeds’ Beat Bar has seen legendary performances from the likes of DJ Premier and Jeru the Damaja. On 4th May the unmistakable presence of Big Daddy Kane will be making its way to the trusty Leeds crowd. Kane is the truest reflection of rap music, with his ranging styles of knowledgable Islamic lyricism, to smooth operating lovers rap, to battle hard rhymes and everything else in between. His mark on Hip-Hop style was pivotal. Grooming consisting of lined eyebrows and high-top faded hair set up an iconic silhouette. Clad in smooth velour tracksuits, chunky dookie chains and knuckle rings Big Daddy Kane truly revolutionised the image of late ’80s/early ’90s Hip-Hop.

Tickets for Big Daddy Kane at the Leeds’ Beat Bar are available now at Skiddle.
