An image has surfaced of the next instalment in the ongoing partnership between A.P.C. and Nike, featuring two colourways of the Dunk High and the Air Maxim 1.
From the looks of things, A.P.C. have kept things tonal and luxurious, making for a high-end product that will undoubtedly come with a matching price tag. From what we can see here, the Dunk High appears to be made from a premium suede and matching tonal waxed laces, while the supposed Air Maxim 1 looks like it is also made of premium suede but features a leather tongue. I say “supposed” Air Maxim 1 because this image looks more like a duo of Air Max 1’s rather than the Maxim, but it wouldn’t be the first time Nike have dropped an Air Maxim that seems to lack all of the technical outer materials that made that shoe what it was, what with the recent Air Maxim 1 SP just being an all leather AM1. Maybe we’re missing something?
Regardless, this drop looks mouthwatering and promises to silence all those nay-sayers from the last A.P.C. Air Max 1. There’s no official release date for these yet, but it won’t be too long before we see them hitting the shelves at A.P.C. London stores.
