This Weekend’s Big Releases: June Week 4

This Weekends Big Releases The Daily Street June Week 4

This weekend, as with almost every weekend of late, is full of huge sneaker releases that more than likely won’t be available by the time Monday morning rolls around. This is the first in what will be a new series of posts that will cover the weekend’s biggest releases so that you don’t miss out.

Jordan VIII ‘Playoffs’ (Black/True Red)

Jordan Retros in OG colours are always a firm favourite. This Saturday June 29th sees the ‘Playoff’ Black/True Red colourway make it’s return through Jordan Brand stockists in the UK including End Clothing. (Image via NiceKicks).

Note: this release has been delayed until Monday July 1st.

CHAZ BOJORQUEZ x Converse First String 1970’s Chuck Taylor

LA graffiti writer Chaz Bojorquez makes his mark on the 1970’s Chuck Taylor shape from Converse. Part of the First String programme, this Chuck features a premium suede and canvas upper with Chaz’s signature style on the heel, tongue and interior. They’ll be available from Footpatrol this Friday, June 28th.

Hanon x Saucony Shadow Master ‘The Midnight Runner’

Hanon’s beautifully executed ‘Midnight Runner’ colourway in Saucony’s Shadow Master goes on sale this Saturday. Black & Thunder Blue pig suede and perforated leather make up the upper, and it comes with a pair of hooped trainer socks as a nice little bonus. In-store first, and online if you’re lucky at Hanon.

Special Note: Nike Air Trainer SC Vintage QS Pack [DELAYED]

Bo Jackson takes the spot, front and centre, as two OG versions of the Air Trainer SC become available for sale once again. The Air Trainer SC Hi and Air Trainer SC II both appear as part of this quickstrike pack and were due to release this weekend, but have now been postponed until Saturday July 6th. (Image via size?).
