Supreme to Launch UK and European Webstore

With their US webstore closed in anticipation of the brand’s forthcoming Fall/Winter 2013 product, Supreme announced the launch of a UK and European online store to coincide with the collection’s release.

Talk of a European-wide online store has been circulating since word first broke of the London store opening (the brand’s first physical retail presence outside of the US and Japan) way back in September 2011, but until now it has been mere speculation. Today news emerged that customers in the UK and Europe would be able to purchase the new Fall/Winer collection directly from the Supreme webstore – news that fans and followers have been waiting a long time to hear.

Many will treat the launch as a herald of the brand’s ‘death’ in the UK due to wider availability, but I’d argue that most individuals who wanted to purchase and wear Supreme product have had plenty opportunity by now, and this shouldn’t change that too much. No official date has been given for the season’s release, but you can expect preview imagery to appear on the Supreme website very soon. For now you can sign up for the brand’s mailing list to be notified when the product is available.
