Red Wing Open London Store

American heritage footwear brand Red Wing have set up shop in the former Bond International store space on Newburgh Street in London.

Number 17 is a hallowed spot, home to one of the UK’s original streetwear doors Bond International and more recently Chateau Roux and Fourth & Main. The new store pays homage to Red Wing’s rich history that stretches back to its foundations in 1905, taking the visitor on a journey through 100 years of heritage. Shoes are displayed on construction beams and steel cabinets as a sign of the brand’s roots in industrial workboots and product is surrounded by vintage advertisements, artefacts and well worn boots from the brand’s archive.

Alongside a full range of footwear, the store also stocks care products used to maintain and preserve the quality materials that are synonymous with the Red Wing name, and provides the opportunity to have worn boots repaired. The store is open now at number 17 Newburgh Street and you can browse the product online at Red Wing.
