This Weekend’s Big Releases: November Week 2

Another bumper week of releases is about to set upon us. This week includes a number of limited run collaborations, exclusives and the return of an iconic silhouette from the archives with releases from Nike, Converse, Adidas, ASICS and Reebok.

Nike Huarache LE ‘Black/Fuchsia/Laser Orange’ (size? Exclusive)

This one is clean-as-you-like with a clean combination of three colours on the upper and that all important white midsole. These will be available this Friday November 15th at all size? stores and online (via direct links on Facebook and Twitter pages) priced at £95. Read more…

Converse help the Ace Hotel chain celebrate the opening of their latest location in grey-old London with a new Pro Leather collaboration. A mixture of full grain leather and slick black suede was used for the premium finish that those familiar with the Ace will expect. Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel Lyte V ‘Volcano’

What’s not to like? Ronnie Fieg produces another blinder for ASICS, this time taking on the Gel Lyte V with a red and burgundy make up reminiscent of a bubbling volcano. This time we’re treated to a very limited UK release with both Hanon and Wellgosh having a release in-store on Saturday morning. Read more…

Nike Air Max ‘Country Camo’ Pack – JAPAN

Originally scheduled to drop last week, we’ve seen the country camo pack a few times now. This weekend sees another with a release that includes two Nike Air Max silhouettes coated in Japanese woodland camouflage. Hyperfuse renditions of both the Air Max 95 and Air Max 90, with Japanese flag labels stitched into the footbeds, go on sale a little after midnight on Friday at Hanon.

Bodega x Reebok Classic Leather Lux ‘U.S.B.D.G.A’

Bodega give the Classic Leather their own military twist in what might be my favourite of the 30th Anniversary releases. A bold combination of mustard suede, desert camo and a royal blue lining might seem bizarre, but it just seems to work. Oh and that gum sole that finishes things off definitely helps. Select Certified Network retailers, including Hanon, will have these on Saturday. Read more…
