This weeks Music Monday continues into the festive period and we feature music from the likes of Ghetts, Warpaint, Aphex Twin and A Tribe Called Quest.

01. Warpaint – Biggy

“I’m anticipating Warpaint’s new album, which is due to release in the new year. Going by this song, it sounds like their new record is going to be just as strong as their debut effort.” – Chris

02. Ghetts – On A Level

“Big fan of ghetts and looking forward to hearing more of his new music.” – Grizzle

03. Ghetts – The Cypher

“Another one from Ghetts. The video and his bars are pretty decent.” – Grizzle

04. Young father – I Heard

“Saw these guys live supporting Run the Jewels earlier this month. Live they are awesome!” – Grizzle

05. A Tribe Called Quest – Get A Hold

“For sure one of my all time favourites. One of the greatest Dilla beats matched up with the levels of tribes lyrics. Can’t really top this in my opinion.” – Luke

06. Aphex Twin – Avril 14th

“I heard this for the first time in ages in a film the other day. Have become so used to hearing the sample in Kanye’s Blame Game, I forgot how great the original is.” – Luke

07. Dj Technics – My Life Extra

“After watching countless episodes of The Wire recently, I’ve found myself getting really into Baltimore club music. So far I haven’t found much that tops DJ Technics, so good.” – Luke

08. Kano – Another Life

“Discovered this tune in The Vinyl Library recently. Shouts to those girls for doing such a great project.” – Alex

09. Factory Floor – Fall Back

“This was the tune that lead me to discover Factory Floor. I remember hearing it for the first time and getting one of those empassioned “What the fuck is this?!” moments.” – Alex
