Metronomy have released the official music video for their track “I’m Aquarius”, featuring a retro surrealist journey into space.
Created with The Creators Project (a partnership between VICE and Intel), the video was directed by award winning French director Edouard Salier and produced by UK company Somesuch & Co. It features hairless cats with laser eyes, red planets and semi-naked alien models giving pep talks to their children, as well as Metronomy front man Joe Mount looking almost as taken aback as we felt when we first watched this.
It’s a beautifully shot video that merges retro sci-fi with modern fashion harmoniously. Enjoy.
