Swamp 81 have released this beat tape from one of their finest artists, Mickey Pearce. A hard hitting, percussive 30 minute showcase of his tracks.

This is something that has almost died with the digital era; the mixtape. Yes, you have a million mixtapes flying around the place but they’re usually DJ mixes, I’m referring to the mixtape as a showcase of an artist. The mixtape that grew from the Hip-Hop movement. Here we see Mickey Pearce and Swamp 81 do exactly that, with Mickey splicing tracks with cuts from Only Fool and Horses – a direct reference to where his artist name is from.
