The bad girls of streetwear, Married To The Mob, return with their Spring/Summer 2014 lookbook featuring Sarah McSweeney.
The lookbook seems to flick between gritty, black and white film photography reminiscent to the style of Kodak’s famous Tri-X film (it may even be shot on it) and clean, digital photography that is soft with a vintage appeal in the colours. It’s an interesting mix and one that appears to be reflected in the poses and attitude of model Sarah McSweeney. It’s not just the grainy Tri-X aesthetic that gives part of this lookbook a raw attitude when it wants it.
Let’s face it, Married To The Mob is the Supreme for ladies, rightfully filling a gap that Supreme have left wide open for years. If the beautiful Sarah McSweeney can’t sell it to you, then no one can.
