Introducing: Tens – The real life photo filter

Today sees the launch of sunglasses brand Tens, bringing a fresh new idea to a market already overrun with the same options.

A product of three long time friends who have worked for years as photographers and filmmakers, Tens tweaks the traditional cold, desaturated lens tints of traditional sunglasses for something warmer, brighter and altogether better – essentially a real life photo filter without all the apps and cameras. I won’t say too much more as the video above does all the explaining you’ll need and sums up the difference that the Tens lens brings.

Marty, Kris and Tom have worked for close to 3 years to create the first Tens product that is available for pre-order today. The first style is a classic unisex frame available in four matte finishes of Black, Navy, Deep Red and Teal and can be ordered by selecting one of the different packages on the Indiegogo page. At the time of posting, Tens have already reached 85% of their goal figure and with a limited amount of stock available for the first delivery in June, you’ll want to be quick if you’d like to secure yourself a pair.
