Nike Air Huarache LE ‘Catalina’

Nike drop yet another colourway of their popular Air Huarache LE model today with this ‘Catalina’ version.

Featuring the more normal mix of materials for the Huarache LE these days, it’s nice to see Nike using a more sensible looking mesh on the toe rather than the wide mesh they’ve been using lately on models like the platinum white Huarache’s (personally, I could never stand that mesh), or that woven toe box madness on the recent Atomic Mango pair, which quite simply looks like someone made a mistake in the factory. Materials aside, this colourway is bound to be popular as a Summer option with it’s soft sea green and dark navy working so well together, complimented by the splashes of amber and white midsole. There’s something so alluring about the Huarache logo, maybe because it just doesn’t look Nike – it’s not clean, it’s not easy to replicate or see from afar, but it’s still powerful. Anyway, enough before I find myself in a rant about how good the Huarache logo is, let me simply say that it looks great in that sea green on amber here.

You can grab a pair of the Nike Air Huarache LE ‘Catalina’ now from The Chimp Store for £85.
