Introducing: ESTABLISHED Eyewear

Introducing Established eyewear 01

Introducing the latest sunglasses brand to emerge from Australia, ESTABLISHED, bringing a solid selection of modern and retro styled frames with ZEISS lenses.

Designed in Adelaide, Australia, these sunglasses are hand-crafted in Hong Kong using German and Italian components. It’s a bit of a who’s-who list of countries from the optical industry, especially when you throw in the ZEISS name for good measure. Manufactured from custom made cellulose acetate from the Mazzuchelli factory in Italy and teamed with silver coated five barrel hinges made in Germany, these frames are high quality. Thankfully, the price point isn’t extortionate considering the build quality, with one of the brands focuses being accessibility.

As for designs, there’s a good mix of classic styles, those large square frames that Australians and DJs love, half acetate half metal frames and plenty of colourways with reflective gradient lenses that would look at home in 1990s ski holiday photos (which is a very good thing). For me, the various tortoise shell frames with reflective lenses are the highlights, along with the occasional transparent frame, but that’s dependent on the frame shape.

It will be interesting to see how this brand places in the UK. I can see it sitting well with both the streetwear and fashion fans. Expect to see ESTABLISHED hitting UK stores very soon.

Some of these are awesome. I reckon they will hit big in the UK. Big thumbs up from me to the Auzzie’s.
