Streetfest 2009

This Saturday, Streetfest, London’s premier live art festival takes place in Shoreditch, featuring contributions from a number of UK art crews, skate teams and fashion brands.

Casio G-Shock will be sponsoring the half-pipe competition where you will be able to see the Lovenskate team and Kingdom riders in action. There will also be live art from the Monorex Collective (Secret Wars) and the VST crew – it’s always great to watch these pieces unfold as the day goes on and this one is going to be one of the best.

Our boys Second Son will be hosting a their own catwalk show and will be giving you a first look at their recent work with Adidas on the Mi Originals range (more to come on this later). I’m really looking forward to seeing what the boys have got planned for the fashion show, I’m sure it’s going to be very special.

To top it off, London’s own Guerilla Busker, Kerry Leatham will be headlining the event, ending the day with a beautiful set of urban inspired folk – not to be missed!

Streetfest takes place this Saturday, October 3rd at the Hearne Street car park in Shoreditch – 2pm to 1am. Tickets are available online here.
