Enclave Zephyr 5-Panel Caps

After a fair old wait, one of the newer UK brands, Enclave, add to their collection of tees and sweats with two cotton twill 5-panel caps.

Enclave have started out strong with their first headwear release with these two ‘Zephyr’ caps, featuring contrasting striped cotton peaks, and debossed branded leather patches on the front of each. The striped fabric definitely gives the caps more of a Summer feel, but the 5-panel is a versatile piece which works year round.

The only thing that puts me off personally is the white contrast stitch along the hat panels panels – I think they’d have looked much cleaner without – but I’m sure that won’t dampen sales, and these will go quick. The caps are available now from Angry Daves, The Chimp Store, Soleheaven, and online from Enclave.

    stepping it up

Personally really dig both the colourways. Kyle at Enclave has smashed it. Congratulations to him!

Im all for good design and good materials being used but with some 5 panals it seems to be more of, ‘what hasn’t been done’ rather than ‘what would constitute good design’. Supreme has been 3 or 4 years ahead of everyone when it comes to this and Norse projects and a few others got the simplicity dead on. Although these caps look like great materials were used I think the overall colours and design look poorly thought out. If you put a Walt Disney badge on it I’m sure I had one when I was 5.

Not really for me. I don’t understand why newer brands are all over 5 panels, why don’t they try something different? Very hard to compete with a Norse, Supreme, etc.
