Saucony Originals launch ‘Story of Running’ store

Historic footwear brand Saucony are to open their first store in London this week, celebrating the brand’s history with a 4 week installation titled the ‘Story of Running’.

The store opens on the 20th March and will be located on Neal Street near Covent Garden. Along with retailing a selection of limited edition Saucony product the store will present a look back through the brand’s archives in an exhibition of product stretching back to the 1950s, all the way up to current releases. Visitors will have the chance to purchase limited archive artworks (something for the real collectors), as well as Saucony Originals and Saucony Performance footwear.

The store will also present another chance for Saucony collectors to get their hands on limited edition collaboration product they may have missed out on. So far the brand have announced that the West NYC ‘Cabin Fever’ Shadow 5000, the Bait ‘Cruel World 1′ Shadow Original and the Solebox ‘Three Brothers’ Shadow 5000 pack will all be available from the store this coming Friday, March 2st – of course in very limited numbers.

Stay locked for further news on the store and the special product that will be releasing throughout it’s 4 week tenure. Follow Saucony Originals on Twitter and Instagram to stay up to date.

Those Saucony Jazz 4000’s in the promo image are so nice! Such a great shoe – it doesn’t get enough love. Has a slimmer midsole than most the Saucony’s on the market today and it looks tasty on foot…
