Video: The Outside Collective paints a giant Diplo mural in London for K-Swiss

London creative agency The Outside Collective talk about their recent graffiti commission from K-Swiss to paint a giant Diplo mural in London.

East London has become a popular canvas for graffiti advertising in recent years, and K-Swiss join the ranks of forward thinking brands to take advantage of the medium. Personally, it’s something I’ve always enjoyed about New York City – they don’t just put up billboards or huge posters, they paint the sides of buildings. If you must advertise, at least make it a piece of art of sorts.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. To promote their current The Board campaign with Diplo, K-Swiss have had a building in East London painted with a big image of Diplo’s face. This campaign is a really interesting one. I won’t rave on about it as I’ve already done that before, but I’d strongly advise reading up on it and getting involved.
