‘Spring 2015 Looks #2′ by The Hip Store

Look-2

The Hip Store showcase some of the best they have to offer this Spring with a shoot that looks at the progression from street inspired looks to a more capsule wardrobe.

Making sure that your wardrobe grows up with you is a tricky thing and often it is hard to find a place for your favourite brands when thinking about progressing onto a more sartorial inspired look. Here The Hip Store look to aid that progression.

To rock a menswear look does not mean you have to give up wearing the brands you love, only to seek the high end brands, as shown here they can be injected into capsule looks that still show individuality and more importantly let people know what your stance on the world is. None of us want to lose that sense of belonging to the subculture we grew up being obsessed with and are still obsessed with. Readers of this site will know more than anyone that clothes are one of the most important signifiers we have and when you love clothes, the background of brands and the stories of our home grown independents that sell us these clothes, it becomes all the more vital that a sense of personality is kept, no matter how old you are.

In this shoot The Hip Store have got a little help from friend of the store H, styled by store owner Everton Campbell using brands such as Saturdays Surf NYC, Our Legacy, Common Projects, House of Garmsville, Champion, Teva and many more. All items as well as the full lookbook can be viewed now over at Hip.
