UK streetwear brand VV present their Summer 2015 collection, ‘Summer Darkness’, in this clean and functional lookbook.
Focusing on negative space, the collection aims to streamline the space within the canvas, often referencing Rorschach paintings. The use of polkadots and skulls return from previous collections, slightly more refined this time around with the removal of any and all typographic branding. Fitted joggers join the brand this season, marking a first move into trousers for VV.
It’s been a slow development with this brand, gradually taking its time and doing what feels right, making for a very natural progression. Having supported VV in its previous form from as far back as early 2010, it’s nice to see it making a return (again) and continuing to develop and move forward.
Head over to the VV website, Urban Industry or HYPEBEAST to purchase from the collection.
